This is a hit topic that I started at Simmania a while back. Basically, you create some creative and funny claim to the office like this.
Person one: Ugly birds attack you, you run away, and it becomes my office!
Person two: The birds come back against you and retake the office for me! My office!
....
It's hilarious to see the responses to it at Simmania, LOL!

Evolution takes over and the Philadelphia Eagles as the birds eventually become, take yo away from the office for it to become mine
